By downloading or using Perday you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
2. The service
Perday is a personal habit-tracking app provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Perday is not a medical device — no feature, including medication reminders, should be relied on as the sole basis for health decisions.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account. In guest (anonymous) mode your data is tied to the session on your device; losing the device or uninstalling the app may result in data loss. We recommend linking your account to an identity (Google, Apple or email) to protect your data.
4. Perday Plus subscriptions
Perday Plus subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Cancel via App Store or Google Play subscription settings; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to the respective store's policies. Current prices are shown in the app.
5. Acceptable use
Abusing the app, reverse engineering it, attempting to access other users' data, and harassing other users in friends/challenge features are prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its brand and its content belong to the developer and may not be copied or distributed without permission. The habit data you create belongs to you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, we accept no liability for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
8. Termination
Your account may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated. You can delete your account at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
